## 1. SERVICES PROVIDED & MULTI-FORMAT ENVIRONMENT
We offer Pilates instruction across multiple formats, each subject to specific rules:
*Rented Studios (Third-Party Facilities):** Sessions hosted at external rented facilities. Clients must strictly adhere to all rules, codes of conduct, and safety protocols of the host facility. Clients must not enter the rented space earlier than five (5) minutes before their scheduled session.
*Virtual Sessions:** Sessions conducted online via video conferencing platforms. The Client is entirely responsible for their own internet connectivity, audio/video equipment function, and camera positioning to ensure the instructor can clearly view their entire body for form evaluation.
---
## 2. BOOKING, PAYMENTS, AND EXPIRATIONS
*Payment Requirement:** All sessions, packages, and memberships must be paid in full prior to booking or attending a class.
*Package Expirations:** All class and session packages carry strict expiration timelines from the date of purchase:
* Single sessions expire thirty (30) days from purchase.
* Multi-session packages (5 or 10 session packs) expire ninety (90) days from purchase.
* Unused sessions after the expiration date are automatically forfeited and non-refundable.
*Refund Policy:** All sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or transfers of packages or memberships to other clients are permitted.
---
## 3. CANCELLATION and LATE ARRIVALS
*24-Hour Cancellation Policy:** You must cancel or reschedule any session at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the session credit or a late-cancellation fee.
*Late Arrival Policy:** Sessions will begin and end exactly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened accordingly, and you will be billed for the full scheduled duration. Arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes late constitutes a no-show, and the session will be canceled and charged in full.
